Definition - What does Pendular Nystagmus mean?
Pendular nystagmus, which is most common in early childhood, is a nystagmus which causes the eyes to move back and forth across the field of vision in a movement similar to that of a pendulum. Eye movements can be both perpendicular and horizontal and may appear wobbly.
