Lohan seen drinking after release from house arrestAccording to People.com Lindsay Lohan was released from house arrest Wednesday and wasted no time hitting the party circuit in Hollywood, including the Lexington Social House, to celebrate her freedom. Wednesday night was her first time out since her 35 day home confinement began for pleading to a misdemeanor charge of theft. Lindsay Lohan, an American actress, pop singer and model, is best known for her popular movie roles in Mean Girls, Freaky Friday and the Parent Trap. She as had runs with the law since 2007 when her movie career was derailed with two DUI arrests and three visits to an alcohol rehabilitation facility. Since then she has been arrested and charged with theft and served time under house arrest. According to People Magazine, onlookers report she seemed to be in a good mood and happy to be free and celebrating with her friends. Her friends included Lyndsy Fonseca and Emile Hirsch, all of which enjoyed cocktails together. Lohans probation does not preclude her from consuming alcohol, although she will remain on probation for her DUI cases. She does not have to take alcohol or random drug tests anymore, and she will have her next progress review on July 21. Hopefully Lindsey Lohans illegal DUI activities are behind her and she has learned from her past mistakes. Drivers of commercial vehicle are also not allowed to operate a motorized vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.04% or higher.
