County Commissioner Charged With DUI, Unlawfully Carrying A Weapon
In Arlington, Texas, a county commissioner from a neighboring county was charged with DUI and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon after he called police to help him with 2 flat tires on Six Flags Drive early Saturday morning.
Jim Webster, who represents Precinct 4 in Parker County, told authorities about that he was carrying a weapon when officers arrived.
The elected official submitted to a blood alcohol test after his arrest. The Fort Worth Star Telegram reports that results from the test should be available within two weeks.
