Hiring a DUI Lawyer

Los Angeles DUI attorneys can help you keep your license by challenging every aspect of your drunk driving case. Were your constitutional rights violated? Did the police officer have probable cause to stop your car? Was the field sobriety and chemical tests administered correctly? Los Angeles DUI lawyers can help answer these questions. They can also help you appeal your license suspension, but it must be done quickly. Each state has specific time limits to appeal, and it is generally just a matter of days. A DUI arrest in Los Angeles can be traumatic and humiliating. With all of this at stake, it is important to get good legal advice from a professional DUI attorney. Do not put your future in the hands of a public defender who may or may not have the time to dedicate to your DUI defense.
