Definition of National College of Dui Defense

The National College for DUI Defense is a non-profit, professional corporation which seeks to improve information about defending DUI cases as a specific area of law. The National College for DUI Defense is located in Montgomery, Alabama, and consists of a Sustaining Membership, a General Membership, a Board of Regents and the founding membership.

The National College of DUI Defense was created to address the complexities of DUI law. They provide advanced training to DUI Defense lawyers and offer legal and scientific seminars each year to discuss the processes for addressing field sobriety tests, blood tests, illegal searches and seizures, due process, denial of legal counsel, illegal interrogation and a variety of other evidentiary issues. The National College of DUI Defense also provides information and classes to improve opening and closing arguments, and methods used for the successful cross-examining of experts, law enforcement officers and defense witnesses.
