Definition of Driving

Driving as defined by law can include operating, not only a motorized vehicle such as a car, but also operating or driving a boat, aircraft, farm equipment or any other type of motorized vehicle which is self-propelled either by overhead trolley wires or electrical power. The definition of "driving" and the type of vehicle which can be operated while a driver is intoxicated may vary by state. It generally does not include vehicles which are moved solely by human power.
