I think if the police waited 3 hours after her arrest to test the JUDGE it gave more time for the alcohol to move on, and if she was still over the limit I dont see how or why they would drop the charge. Unless she is some how Exempt from these types of charges. Must have connections. I dont care who you are.... Drinking and driving is illegal charges should be filed for Everyone no matter who you know.
