Newport official threatened cops during DUI arrest Rutland Herald, VT Dreher pleaded guilty to DUI Tuesday in Vermont District Court in Newport and got 6 to 12 months probation. He says he didn\'t remember what he said to the officers and was more upset that he endangered lives by driving drunk.
